Thank you so very much for the day retreat last Sunday it was very good, I was actually so alert and alive on Monday I think I astonished some people ( it’s probably not my usual Monday demeanour).

If I’m in the Country I will certainly attend your weekend in Oxfordshire and thank you again for all your help and support, what you’ve all shown me has been nothing short of a life changer.
